United StatesI've been using Hand and Body lotion for at least 20 years. It's helps diminish that crepy skin on my arms and legs. So I would recommend it to anyone. I live in the high desert of Central Oregon, so this lotion is a must for this dryer climate. It's such a relief for the skin.
