Initially this was not the case to an area on my chin that was badly damaged by using another brand to exfoliate my skin. The wearing of the mask 12+ hrs for work didn't help. I inquired about this product and was pleasantly met with a personal contact from Wayne Sina, who wanted to understand what was going on. This product had caused the area I was trying to correct, a burning sensation. I so appreciated how much this company's owner(s) reached out. Fortunately, as the other Sina products I purchased were well received by my skin, this was also. I waited to use this again, and sure enough, it got to where the area had no burning issues and I have been able to use this twice a day, all over my face. The area with the issues continue to heal and I've had a great experience with the entire regimen recommended by Sina. I'm now committed to using, at the expense of all the other brands I've bought and will no longer use. Thank you for the call & caring as a company. The personal attention while addressing my issues are rare to find in any other skin care company. I've become a life time consumer for it & swear by the great outcome I've experienced and hope for others.
